I
started doing Brenda’s Boot camp to challenge myself to take care of
myself and willing to do whatever it takes to get toned and lose some unwanted
pounds.I am in very good shape now physically and my energy
is thru the roof. Meaning I can do a whole lot more with energy I have. Brenda
is a good trainer and always wanted me to take a step farther. And that is what
I need to be the best I can be. I love to look forward to every workout and it
takes a lot of stress off. I feel great afterwards. So Brenda thanks for
pushing me along. You are a great trainer. Now I am looking forward to
improving myself even more.

Karen Folchert: "I feel so much better since I started Healthy Steps; just this week I saw before (when I started in October, 09) and after pictures of myself. WOW! what a change, now I am able to see what my husband has been telling me in the past couple of months. I thought he was just saying things just to make me feel good but I can SEE the difference because of the fun mixed in with the sweat and determination while I am at the workout sessions and what is done outside of the work sessions. I went to my doctor last week and had some tests done for cholesterol (it went down!!!). So I am not only losing weight, I am also helping my body to become healthier, through the exercising program.


I am hooked on tactix, I love this class. I have now
completed 2 full sessions of tactix and I am signed up for the next, yes you
could say that I am addicted to working out. I have done Brenda's
bootcamps and saturdays. I thinks that they are all awesome, however
tactix is the most intense whole body workout my core is stronger now than
ever. So if you are up for the challenge and want to rev up your
metabolism sign up you will not regret it, make sure that you are
eating correctly so that you have enough energy for the workout. This
class is amazing!

Brenda’s Bootcamp has been amazing for me. I started in February 2010. I knew for a quite a while that I wasn’t happy with my weight but I definitely wasn’t doing enough to change it. When I found out that my daughter was going to get married in September I knew I needed to make a change. I started losing weight with Brenda’s Bootcamp the first week that I started. I feel 100 percent better and I am happy to say I have now lost 23 pounds thanks to Brenda. I actually enjoy working out now which is something I could never say before. Lisa Simpson
