New Youth Training
We are underway! As we progress we will post photos and videos so you can see just how these kids are embracing a new way of fitness!
Equipment: Tactix Gloves(click link and go to order tactix gloves online-Usually takes about 5 to 7 days) or MMA gloves can be purchased at any store that sells sports equipment.
Group: 5th - 8th Grade
Partner Oriented with only 8 spots available.
This class will teach your children many skills that have never been offered in our area before. They will be learning a mixture of martial arts training, mma training, metabolic training, self-defense training and bootcamp exercises all wrapped into one hour!
